Job: Clinical Dental Director
Duties: Provide dental care while ensuring documentation/regulatory compliance. Oversee clinical quality, mentor staff, support treatments. Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, licensure compliance. Collaborate w/ leadership on staffing, growth, clinical improvement.
Required: DDS or DMD degree from a U.S. program accredited by CODA; Active & unrestricted dental license in Pennsylvania (or eligible); clinical leadership exp. incl. mentoring, supervising, training dentists, hygienists, staff within multi-office dental operations; exp. collab. w/ executive leadership to align care standards w/ business goals & supporting operational growth across multiple locations.
- At least 3 yrs. of progressive dental clinical exp. incl.: proficiency in general dentistry procedures ("proc."), incl. restorative, prosthodontic, preventive care, & advanced proc. (incl. implant placement, endodontic proc., & clear aligner treatment); utilizing dental charting, digital imaging, dental practice mgmt. software; overseeing clinical quality through case reviews, chart audits, implementation of clinical protocols/techn.; knowl. & application of infection control proc., OSHA regulations, HIPAA compliance.
